The two-day symposium, which examines the latest procedures and developments in the field of endoscopy, is a part of Dr Rathod Medical Foundation’s regular education outreach programme. Experts demonstrated and taught the latest therapeutic endoscopy techniques and upcoming innovations live from Endoscopy Asia as the course attendees observed from two large screens in the conference venue. “The procedures and techniques that have been shown live are exceptional and have never seen before in my years of practice especially the one where endoscopic mucosal resection was performed for early removal of superficial cancers”, said one of the participants of the symposium.

Live procedures were embedded around a series of international experts, including Dr Kenneth Binmoeller (United States), Dr Marc Giovannini (France), Dr Ian Penman (Scotland), Dr Noriya Uedo, Dr Atsushi Irisawa (Japan) and Dr Meidong Xu (China).
